Wellness coaching

 I offer trauma-informed wellness coaching services to help you realign with your true self and purpose in this life. You can select from several pathways.

Are you seeking to become the best version of yourself, but continually find yourself stuck in old ways? Do you want to find peace in your relationships, career, and life in general? Do you struggle with being different from others or is unresolved trauma still impacting your life?

Self Actualization

Each of us has a unique path towards our true self, and it is by honoring this path that we find wellness. I am here to facilitate your personal transformation through customized sessions:

  • Your mind, body, and spirit are your knowledge base, and evolving needs will be honored

  • Transformation can be facilitated through goals, manifestations, affirmations and more

  • Together we can explore broad goals such as intentional self-care, energy protection, and creative ways to find happiness. We can also focus on specific goals such as exercise, nature time, healthy eating, relationships, spirituality and more

Neurodivergence

It can be challenging to navigate an overstimulating world as a neurodivergent person. Yet neurodiversity is an asset to humanity and nature. As someone who is proudly neurodivergent, I have strategies for navigating the world as a highly sensitive person that I can share with you.

  • Getting organized: prioritizing goals, scheduling, sandwich method

  • Managing sensory sensitivities: sensory deprivation, honoring stims, need for alone vs. one on one vs. group time

​

  • Somatic work: meditation, protecting your energy, somatic awareness, mindfulness

Trauma Recovery

As someone who has survived the generational impacts of trauma, abuse, and complex PTSD (C-PTSD), I am here to support you wherever you are on your journey. Living in a narcissistic world can make it even more difficult to get out of our dependence on toxic dynamics. I am here to facilitate your path out of hurt and help you find the freedom you deserve.
